a. This service matches database records with that of the USPS records of NCOA
(National Change of Address) to improve accuracy.The USPS NCOA is a database
of millions of permanent address changes, updated weekly and covering reported
move information. Our NCOA service identifies family and business movers and is
passed against the USPS NCOA database monthly to ensure we maintain the
most current address on each consumer record. Since 17% of Americans move
every year utilizing NCOA is a crucial component of data hygiene.

b. The LACS is a database of addresses that has been converted from non-
standardized, rural style addresses to standardized, city style addresses. This system also detects addresses where a street has been renamed or additional
information has been assigned to improve the accuracy of delivery. As more rural
style addresses in the country are converted to 911, LACS coding will provide
many future benefits in reaching virtually untapped consumer markets.

A company's customer database is one of its most valuable assets in identifying
new markets and growing the customer base and business. Mail America can
help you identify the demographic makeup of your customers so you can market
to the appropriate people especially during a particular life event. If your database
contains consumer information, we recommend Household Analysis, which uses
historical consumer financial behavior of individuals with similar household
demographics and lifestyles to predict the buying behavior of other individuals
with similar characteristics. If your databank contains business information, we
recommend a Business Profile Analysis which uses detailed business information
such as SIC code, sales volume, employee size, etc. to segment different
companies by who and when they will need new products and services.
When we combine your list with a purchase list, we merge the two lists together and purge
the duplicates so that you don’t mail more than one piece per person. We also remove
duplicates within your own list for the same reason.

Data This data includes 18 reports and close to 1,000 variables that collectively cover almost
95% of household spending. Based on extensive modeling of the BLS Consumer Expenditure
Survey, CEX provides reliable estimates of market demand and average household
expenditures. Provided by AGS, this data provides estimates for the current year and 5 year
projections.

Consumer Behavior/Product
Potential Data The system we use offers invaluable insight into consumer buying behaviors,
product ownership, shopping activities and more. Variables are provided at the block group
level of geography and above and include counts (of the specific behavior), percentages and
indices. The database contains 2,654 products organized into 24 categories.
