Add the scan barcode feature to give your customers the ability to scan barcodes or enter 9 digit codes printed on your advertisements to win great prizes and track your different forms of media. This is the most popular feature on our kiosk.

DYNAMIC BUTTONS
Add buttons that can take your customers to sites outside of Webtrax™. Customers will be contained to the site you send them to and can only return to the kiosk main page. Point customers to different online features or benefit pages.

BARCODE SCANNER
Your kiosk will be equipped with a multi-line scanner that can be used to scan barcodes for prize redemption, loyalty and salesmen ID cards.

With Webtrax™ web-enabled software, you will be able to track every interaction that takes place on your kiosk. Monitor foot traffic, check scan reports from any given time period, see how many people signed up for loyalty and more!
REPORTS
By clicking the report list button you will find an easy to use system to download all of the important information that was captured during the customer interaction process. Click on any of the buttons to view charts and export Excel reports straight to your computer. This information can be monitored from anywhere with an internet connection.
EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
Webtrax™ will automatically email your customers when you want. Use this setup feature to customize your message to the customer. You can send an email to every customer that scans or registers for promotions. Use this email as a thank you letter or provide an added discount offer.
  
VIEW SPECIALS
Add product specials to your kiosk. Customers will print a certificate from the kiosk to use as a coupon. You can change specials at any moment. Plus, you can add photos to your specials.
REGISTER
Even if a customer does not have a barcode to scan, they can use this button to register for promotions and still win prizes.
IN-STORE CREDIT
If you are currently a Citi Financial or Wells Fargo customer, you can easily turn on the apply for instore credit. Or if you have credit set up with another financial institution, we can integrate Webtrax™ with your provider. Call for details.

MAG STRIPE CARD READER
It you have applications that need magnetic card strips read, all our kiosks come with card readers.
MEET CHANTEL!
Your personal kiosk guide. She will guide your customers through every page of the kiosk to make sure they understand exactly what they are doing every step of the way. This feature can easily be turned on or turned off.
80MM PRINTER
Your kiosk will also have a 80mm printer to print prize certificates, product specials coupons and credit approval certificates. We also have an optional 8.5" x 11" thermal printer that will accommodate printing larger certificates and web pages.
