Yes, our batch upload feature allows you to pre-screen an entire database of customers. By doing this, we can send a variable letter to each tier group and feature different offers within the same mailing.

Is this legal?
Yes, it follows all guidelines of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). As long as the customers that are matched are provided one of the pre-determined firm offers of credit that comes with the program, it is perfectly legal.
